Waine has been a long time member of DVG America and the Midwest KG, training in Tri-State Schutzhund Club, Southern Wisconsin Sport Klub, and currently with the new Woodlawn Schutzhund Club. He has been one of the selected VPG 3 helpers at the last three KG Championships, as well as working numerous club trials over the years. In addition, he has worked several breed championships (Rottweiler, Schnauzer, and Doberman, to name a few) and has worked a USA Regional Championship.

When he is not doing the helper work, Waine is also an avid, active competitor trialing at the local club, regional, and national levels. His current dog with which he competed last year in the AWMA Championship is a HOT dog, as have been many of his previous dogs. His training/breeding kennel (“Sweet Corn Kennels”) is located in northern Illinois in St. Anne. His dedication to the sport and to the dogs is obvious to any one who knows Waine. His is committed to challenging every dog in a fair and very safe test. He has been and will continue to be one of the Midwest KG’s favorite helpers.
