ITEMS SUBMITTED BY MIDWEST REGION
  1. The revision of the LV Bylaws ARTICLE XI, DISCIPLINE to clarify some of the language of this section, as previously discussed. (from Board discussion)
  2. AWDF Championship scores may count as a qualifying score for VPG 1 and VPG 2 if they entered through DVG America in the same year as the LV Championships. AWDF Championship scores may count as a qualifying score for VPG 3 if they entered through DVG America in the same year as the LV Championships and also have earned a VPG 3 previously in a DVG trial with a minimum score of 80 in protection and an “a” rating.   3. Allow competitors to earn a VPG 1 or VPG 2 title at our LV Championship, as long as they have at least one previous title earned at a DVG trial with same dog. (from KG President, Dyan W. Harper)
  4. That a mission/conduct statement be included in the Bylaws (Article III, Directors and Officers). (from discussion with the MWKG Treasurer)
  5. Bylaws change to Article I, (NAME AND OBJECTIVES), Item F which states “The Organization shall annually conduct a championship trial for qualifying a Landesverband DVG America representative to the DHV German Championship” to reflect the fact that we now send representatives to the DVG BSP.
